Titans 2025 Record Prediction after Schedule Release!
Titans.COM
The NFL released the schedules for the 2025 season on Wednesday.
The Tennessee Titans, fresh off selecting quarterback Cam Ward with the No.1 overall pick, didn’t receive any prime time games. However, Tennessee still has intriguing games on their schedule and a bunch of formidable opponents.
That said, here is my first 2025 Titans record prediction.

TITANS 2025 RECORD PREDICTION
Week 1 at Denver Broncos: LOSS (0-1)
This is a brutal draw for the Titans in Week 1. The Broncos boast one of the league’s top defenses, and playing on the road in Denver is tough. Cam Ward could have a magical debut, but I’m not expecting much here.
Week 2 vs Los Angeles Rams: LOSS (0-2)
The Rams usually start slow, so the Titans have a decent shot at winning the home opener. However, Los Angeles is a well-rounded team and better coached, so Tennessee is going to start 0-2.
Week 3 vs Indianapolis Colts: WIN (1-2)
After starting 0-2, I think the Titans beat the Colts at home to secure Cam Ward’s first win.
Week 4 at Houston Texans: WIN (2-2)
The Titans were able to beat the Texans on the road last year, and I think Tennessee will catch them off guard and snag a memorable road win early in the season.
Week 5 at Arizona Cardinals: LOSS (2-3)
This will also be a close game, but the Titans usually don’t play well on the West Coast, and Arizona will get ten days of rest before this contest.
Week 6 at Las Vegas Raiders: LOSS (2-4)
I think the Raiders are going to be sneaky good this year with Pete Carroll taking over as head coach. Titans will once again keep it competitive and could end up winning this game, but I would slightly lean toward Las Vegas.
Week 7 vs New England Patriots: WIN (3-4)
After a two-game losing streak, the Titans come back home and secure a win over Mike Vrabel and the Patriots. This game will be must-watch TV due to the Vrabel storyline, but give me Tennessee.
Week 8 at Indianapolis Colts: LOSS (3-5)
Splitting the season series with the Colts makes sense. I hate Indy, but their defense has the potential to be pretty good, and the offense also has some promising playmakers.
Week 9 vs Los Angeles Chargers: WIN (4-5)
Give me the Titans in an upset here!!! The Chargers should contend for the playoffs, but their secondary is a bit of a question mark. Expecting a big day from Cam Ward here.
WEEK 10 BYE
Week 11 vs Houston Texans: LOSS (4-6)
Houston will be hungry for revenge in this one, and I just don’t see a scenario where the Titans sweep the Texans in 2025.
Week 12 vs Seattle Seahawks: WIN (5-6)
I wasn’t a big fan of the Seahawks massive offseason overhaul, though they did do a nice job in the draft. Still, the Titans could beat them and being at home instead of playing in Seattle also helps.
Week 13 vs Jacksonville Jaguars: WIN (6-6)
The Titans’ home stretch ends with a contest versus the Jaguars. By this time, Cam Ward will be playing the best football of his rookie campaign and I’m banking on him elevating Tennessee to a win here versus a hated rival.
Week 14 at Cleveland Browns: LOSS (6-7)
This might shock some, but this game will mark the first time the Titans play on the road in over a month. Additionally, Cleveland’s defense, led by Myles Garrett, could absolutely take over this game and make things go wrong for Tennessee.
Week 15 at San Francisco 49ers: WIN (7-7)
After a tough loss to the Browns, the Titans go on the road in San Francisco and defeat the 49ers. Kyle Shanahan’s squad lost a ton of pieces this offseason, and though Nick Bosa does scare me, San Francisco’s interior offensive line should also have a long day with Jeffery Simmons and T’Vondre Sweat.
Week 16 vs Kansas City Chiefs: LOSS (7-8)
Don’t have to go into much detail here. Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are inevitable and I don’t see Tennessee beating them, though it could be close.
Week 17 vs New Orleans Saints: WIN (8-8)
The Saints could be the worst team in the NFL this season. The Titans have a knack for losing these types of games, but they’re better than New Orleans and should win this.
Week 18 at Jacksonville Jaguars: LOSS (8-9)
Splitting with every division rival is boring, but realistic. Jacksonville’s offense could be productive with the addition of Travis Hunter to go along with Brian Thomas Jr. Obviously, Trevor Lawrence is going to decide their season.
I think the Titans going 8-9 and missing the playoffs is a very realistic and honest prediction. They aren’t ready to compete just yet, but Cam Ward growing and showing positive signs should be the main goal for the season.
